How to restore individual things from Backup

i don't want to restore the whole user.
how can i restore Only files or only Databases?

There are two versions of backup module. Backup module you use allow to restore only files or certain database only from user level. From root level it is possible to restore only whole user.

Another backup module allow to restore files or certain database from root level either. To enable this backups add Option EnableOldBackup in ispmgr.conf and restart control panel.
