Hi there,
After my Business internet connection went down my ISP provided me a different Static IP address(Public) now I can't access the control panel. Any suggestion since I am going to ask them to give me the same IP address or reinstall the ISPmanager again & reconfigure my server. I will appreciate all the help I could get. regards |

Hello,
you need to change your current IP into the new one in the license edit form. If you bought the license from ISPsystem, please log in to your Client area --> ISPsystem licenses --> select the license --> click "Edit" --> enter new IP into the corresponding field |
