Starting from version 5.63.0 BILLmanager is has a fully integrated Live chat module, which greatly increases easy and speed of reaction time, when communicating with your customers. You can install this module into your BILLmanager as well as website.

ok,
I installed the chat, specified panel's data on my website, activated the department. When I write to the Chat on my site, I see in online debug that my message was sent followed by this error Noone agent in department In the list of chats I also found it, but couldn't answer.... What I'm doing wrong? |
