Default Deleted payments are not displayed
I noticed that BILLmanager doesn't keep records of deleted payments (invoices), am I right? How can I find a deleted invoice?

Removed payments are not kept in the interface, you can find them only in logs.

You can set a period to delete unpaid, new invoices (in the Payment methods module).
So they will be kept in the system as long as you need.
