The IP addresses listed in your guides are they internal (local) or public IP addresses?
Sitting with this https://doc.ispsystem.com/index.php/...anager_address can not fully figure out about 10.10.10.10 if here should be my internal or public ip

It doesn't matter, because this is only an example.

Nginx should listen to a public IP, and ihttpd can be configured to listen to a private one.
In Nginx configuration file the following record specifies where requests should be sent to:

set $mgr_proxy "http://10.10.10.10:1500";
