Not sure, but maybe I will need this information soon

I didn't find any information in your Wiki regarding moving billmanager to a new server from backup. How can I move it using a backup copy?

You need to create a database dump and upload it to a new server with BILLmanager

You also need to copy the files
billmgr.conf
billmgr.pem
