Is possible to install the squirrelmail plugins and skins into the built-in installation of ISPManager Pro?

Do you mean I can't use ISPManager's installation of Squirrelmail if I want to include plugins? I have to do a fresh install for the plugins to work correctly?

You need install Squirrelmail via ISPmanager (it install Squirrelmail from repository of your operation system) and after then install plugins.
