How to add one more DataBase server

hi,
We are using ISPmanager-Lite 4.4.2.6. I like to add one more Database server in our VM. Can some one suggest me how to add.
I have tried to add but is throwing error "Unable to connect to the database ", can some one suggest me how to add .

Hello,
what you see in /usr/local/ispmgr/var/ispmgr.log?
Most likely the connection access information is not correct. Can you connect to that data through the ssh-protocol?
