It doesn't seem that i can open a ticket in the support center without having a licence there. All my licences are bought throug VPS.net - therefore i've just created an acount at your site for the first time but it only let's me open tickets for sales and documentation questions.

Any other way to get help on that problem?

Hi Frank,

If you have any problems you should contact to VPS.net. You have the licenses without our support. It is the main disadvantage to buy licenses through our partners.
