I was trying to configure support incidents like in your system (a number of incidents are given for free, when there are no available incidents, customers can purchase them (this should not be considered as a monthly service!)
Any help?

Hello

you can use this for configuring support incidents in your system.

There are two ways:
* Charge a client for technical support
* Per-incident support
