Default domain in a hosting service

When a client does not enter a domain name in BILLmanager when he order a hosting service, the billing system adds a free domain something like this username.example.com.

We want to force our customers to enter a certain domain in the order form

Go to Product types -> Shared hosting -> Properties -> Domain name -> Edit , select checkbox "Required parameter".
