Disk space and traffic are reaching their limits

Send a notification to inform customers that they are reaching the maximum amount of disk space or traffic they are allowed to consume. Create a parameter to specify the amount of traffic or disk space used to start sending notifications (the default value is 90 % of the limit). Send the report to the administrator.
