Possible I have found the answer about Organization (O), Organizational Unit (OU), City and Region: https://community.letsencrypt.org/t/...issued-to/5236

====

Name (CN) is a domain name by default, it's okay.

====

Sorry... I'm fine

Name (CN), City, Organization, Organization unit and Region fields are at the image, but not at the real virtual world.
