Default I'm changing cloud and need a complete backup

Okay I'm looking to change my VPS cloud - so I need to backup all files and configurations. I really don't want to mess this up so I'm hoping a simple step-by-step guide is available for this.

Ideally I would have everything in one compressed file - I'll then remove the current VPS, add a new one in a near location to me (which will create a new IP address), re-install ISPManager and then import the original backup so it sets everything up automatically.

Is this possible and is it really as simple as that?

1. You can get archive from VDSmanager if your provider used this.
This file is full tar (tar.gz) arhive or all files you system. You can order new VPS with the same operation system and unpack this archive on new system. But when you unpack archive all settings also will be restored and you need do some changes (or do not unpack al date) for IP-addresses in the network configuration, domain names and apache configuration.

2. Also you can make backup via ISPmanager - see documentation - Backup_archives. After then restore it files on the new system via Import user menu or copy "on the fly by network" in this menu.
