Default Special conditions for loyal customers, when funds are insifficient.

Hi,

Is it possible to have special conditions for some of the loyal customers, so that the services they purchase would not stop automatically if there is not enough money in the account?

I know how to set-up credit lines for customers, but am wondering if there is another way.

Thanks.

Hi HostGarden,

There are two ways. Set up credit limit or allow post paid services for clients.

Thanks fly,

I would much appreciate it if you could point me towards the documentation which describes setting up Post-Paid services.

Cheers.

Unfortunately, there is no such a documentation.

If you check the box "Allow post paid services", customers are allowed to order services even there is no money on their accounts.

For example, customer account = 5$. He order a vps that cost 10$ at 15th of March. In this case account become -5$.
Then system create invoice with sum 5$ for the customer at the 1st of April.
