restrict a siteadmin/user to a subdomain only?

Hello,
Is there any way to restrict a siteadmin /and of course its users/ to a subdomain only?
E.g.: there is a domain 123.com
I'd like to give away subdomains only: sub1 and sub2

I'd like to give separate site admin rights to sub1.123.com and sub2.123.com.
(If not, can I give separate user rights to sub1.123.com and sub2.123.com? )

you can create two separate sites
sub1.123.com and sub2.123.com in "Site managment" (not "Subdomains")
and its will have sepagate admins

is it solution for you?
