domain orders how to pre-fill nameservers ?

When a guest tries to order a domain name there is a step 3 'Nameservers' The fields are blank so the client cannot continue. At this stage unless they have knowledge of such things they will have no idea what to enter!!

I need to pre-fill my nameservers.

So until a fix arrives (If ever) I have made a change to domain.order.ns.msg.en.xml in /usr/local/mgr5/var/.xmlcache/billmgr.1/checked/

It now gives users this screen so they know how to proceed with the order.
