Hi dragon,

Our analysts did a research about SMTP servers popularity. According a research Exim is most popular SMTP server and it meets all the needs.
That is why we decided to remove postfix and sendmail support. Now only Exim is available in ISPmanager. This decision allow us to decrease the testing area and as a result provide more high quality service.

Unfortunately, I've chosen postfix in my fresh installation.
I haven't seen any memo about leaving postfix, it's not fair for your users.
How can I switch to exim now?
Do You provide any script for migration?

If postfix is used on a old installation it is ok. It is not necessary to switch it to exim.

There is no postfix support only for new installation.

To change MTA go to feature module and select Exim. But before that it needs to remove mailboxes. Unfortunately there is no another way to change MTA.

remove mailboxes isn't an option (for me)

so, the best solution is migrating users to new instalation with exim?

migrating server with backups and restoring, with MTA change between can be problematic

migrating with user import from ispmanager 5 lite 5.29.1 with postfix to ispmanager 5 lite (same version) with exim doesn't work at all
even websites doesn't migrate, got this error in ispmgr.log

Jul 8 02:25:48 [2070:1] email WARNING Specified DovecotPwScheme isn't supported by dovecot.
Jul 8 02:25:48 [2070:1] core WARNING 27 modules were skipped due dependences
Jul 8 02:25:48 [2070:1] core WARNING 27 modules were skipped due dependences

I can import only users WITHOUT email domains
any ideas?

What version of dovecot do you have?
ISPmanager can't read password scheme from /etc/dovecot/dovecot.passwd
