How to upgrade Apache and Mysql

My vps has Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS) and MySQL client version: 5.0.77. I want to upgrade apache and mysql. how can I do any help please.

Also please check the screenshot:

is my vps using 1481 MB memory or is it 318 MB?
