BILLmanager: Registration Screen

On the 'Register' screen for BILLmanager, we show the following in red letters:

"To register, please follow the link placed on the web site that offers the desired services"

However, we find no mention of what this 'link' is supposed to be anywhere in the documentation. Please provide assistance so we can figure out how a customer will order new service through BILLmanager from one of our regular websites.

If we try to just register a test user account anyway, we get a new window with the following in red text:

"Error: Please, move to the billing from the site where You want to order services."

The errors appears when the query to billmanager doesn't have field 'project=project_id' (for example: /manager/billmgr?func=register&project=1). This field is used to determine a website which sent the request.
