Buying Licence through 3party

Hi.

I have bought a lifetime license through a 3-party for the ISPmanager Pro and one for ISPmanager lite.

The problem is that the license does not work.

The Reseller recently sold his server customers to another firm, and i want to take control of all the vital details.

How can i fix this and retrieve the orginal license?

we have no license for the ip 83.140.181.70

The licence is under, 83.140.162.250 but it says its : Valid before: 2008-09-24 although i bought a lifetime license.

Is this correct? Were can i retrieve the whole information,downloads, etc regarding my licence and the Slave-license i bought.

I have my licence number, but wanna take complete control for future upgrades, and additional licence purchases..
