Too buggy
Documentation too sparse, incorrect and/or outdated
Too difficult to navigate
Too many pieces
Too slow with support
All that equals too pricey

Think I'm being too harsh? I've been trying to evaluate ISPManager along with two other systems for a month now. In that time I've practically mastered the other two and I've never gotten a single instance of ISPManager fully functional.
