Error message when uploading Jpg's

Receive this error she trying to upload Jpg's or any other pictures for all clients

open_basedir restriction in effect

How do I disable this to allow uploads?

Hello,

Open file with your domain VirtualHost and change
php_admin_value open_basedir "/var/www/user/data:." to
php_admin_value open_basedir none
or add to open_basedir required path

but it is not secure
