DNS wildcards

Hello,

one of our customers needs to set up a DNS record like this:

domain.com. IN A 1.2.3.4
* IN CNAME otherdomain.net.

However while entering wildcard *, ISP manager lite 4.3.50.1 replies with "Internal error Punycode: Bad string".

Is there a trick to do this? Thanks.

We open ticket 4104 to our Developer team about this issue, it's bug and this problem will be solved soon.

Before this problem is not fixed you can add this record manually into DNS zone file.
