restore process never ends

i´ve startet a restore from a customer, the problem is the restore never ends
in backup plans i see the icon active task icon "/manimg/sirius/p-install.gif"

i have restart the server but nothing changes, i don´t find a process that i can kill.

when i try to start an new restore "Operation already run" returns.
what can i do to stop this "dead" process?

remove lock-file from /usr/local/ispmgr/var/run/ directory

Hello sascha. Please show me the part of the log file (pbackup.log) to determine why the proccess died.
