Can't edit user mailbox

Hello everyone,

I have a strange error, after disabling and enabling the mailbox it now has "Don't save incoming e-mail" check box active, if I uncheck it and click OK, after opening it for edit again, the check is still active, so in general the mailbox now is in disabled state.

If I try to delete the mailbox and create new I get another error "mailalias already exists".



Any suggestions?

Hello,

Mailbox should be enable, for disabled mailbox check "Don't save incoming e-mail" box is active.
For solving error "mailalias already exists" see in log which alias tries to be added and check file aliases for this alias. If alias exist just delete it.
