Default Location of backup files?

Hi,

I have an active backup service set and running in ISP manager. Backup is working ok, also see the backup .tar files in the ISP Manager.

However, where can I find them in the root file system? I'd like to make some command line backup script to save them to my local computer, thus I'd need the full path.

What is this path?

Thanks,
Bacizone

the full path for a archive is a absolute path that you entered while creating a backup task for root account and relative to user's homedir for user account.

Ok, my problem is that the backup is instantly sent via sftp to a different server. I can not give a path to sftp uploaded backups other than the remote server path.

Also, I can see these remotely uploaded backups also at the "Backup Archives", are they also in this file system somewhere?

If yes, where?

An archive is streamy uploaded to an external storage and there is no local copy except listing of archive's files

Very cool solution, thanks! I will then download it from the remote server only.
