/usr/local/ispmgr/sbin/responder dies with status 1

Following situation:
I am logged in as user01. This user owns a domain (web02.mydomain.com).
If I set up an autoresponder, e.g. auto@web02.mydomain.com, the /usr/local/ispmgr/sbin/responder script dies with status 1 after receiving a mail.

A dump from the maillog:

Does anybody know what's the problem?

can you write ticket to support team? I think mail reponder text is broken (have incorrect non-ANSI symbols)
