There should be an option to disable the firewall on the Control Panel

Hi,

Sometimes we need to use a custom firewall (FreeBSD, and Centos/Debian), and the control panel firewall ovewrites our custom configuration.

There should be an option to disable the control panel firewall, like when we select disable FIREWALL, the option should be removed from the CP but the custom rules should stay intact.
