VDSMGR not working via Web

Hello, i have couple machines with vds, but now i am a little confused becouse:
VZ is working fine, httpd and rest of services on my node is fine.
VDSMGR is "frozing" when i hit https://IP/manager/vdsmgr - nothing,
in httpd error_log etc. nothing all clean.

We have check httpd, new ssl cert is installed now, only mail in root spool from cron;

p.s.2 apache vhosts works ok, there is a problem with vds (ispmgr.inc is ok).

What in log of vdsmanager in /usr/local/ispmgr/var/vdsmgr.log ???
