Import User from Plesk
hi,
i have to migrate some users from a plesk server to ISPmanager. with plesk i have made a backup, and copy this backup to the ISPmanager server. Then i choose user import (local archive plesk) an become errors. i think this plesk backupfile is wrong file for import? what i have to do with plesk to make a file that i can import in ispmanager? i had try to find a guide, but have not found. |

Migration tool uses file's extension to determine the archiver it has to use to unpack file. So far Plesk generate files without extention the tool is unable to do the trick to raise an exception. According to the link you provided Plesk uses 'tar' archiver, so try to add '.tar' extension. I hope it will work this time. We will fix this issue in the tool in the next release.
