Problems adding some TLD

There are problems adding some TLD eg. .family and others. We use resellerclub and BILLmanager Corporate 5.130.0. The problem is when a customer registers domain, it says that the domain is not available, even if it is available.

It seems that something is wrong with Whois.

Please, check Whois host in the configuration form of your tariff plan.
