Domain Registration Issues

Hi,

I have got Resellerclub domain service active but getting and error on the front end while trying to register (see image)

Yes i have white listed my IP on their end, i have also checked my own firewall to make sure connections are allowed without any luck?

Hi,

Unreachable whois service could be a reason of the issue.

Please open "Top-level domains" menu from the left menu, select domain zone and click "Edit" button to see what whois service is used for that zone. Then try to connect to that whois service from your server to check successful connection.

Additional information about the error should be in /usr/local/mgr5/var/pmresellerclub.log
