The billmanager installer is using my server's internal IP instead of the external one, from there all goes wrong and I am unable to use the configuration files to setup the right ports.
Inside the panel, even using the root user it won't allow me to change the external IP to the internal IP. The only change it allows me is to use * catch all IPs, which also does not work. |

Unfortunately, it's difficult to say what was the cause of the issue.
That's why we need to have a remote access to your server. Please execute the command in the console /usr/local/mgr5/sbin/licctl enable billmgr support access and send us a ticket to https://my.ispsystem.com/ |
