How to fix Roundcoube mail ? : DB Error: SQLSTATE[HY000] [2013] Lost connection to MySQL server at 'reading initial communication packet', system error: 111 (GET /)

Hello,

Do you use local MYSQL server?
Please check, is MYSQL server working. Also needs to check is Roundcoube's db user can connect to MYSQL server.
