ISPmanager API not work.

Hi, I have a problem with API in ISPmanager Pro. And specifically the script creates a user but don't turn off him. The Code for turn off the user is

after enter this cod into the web browser I receives: OK but it dosen't turn off the user. I checked or it turn on him but nothing happening. I use this:
