ISPmanager is flexibly adjusted system.

The small manual which allow to make to work it on distribution not supported ISPsystem (various clones RedHat, set of branches Debian, etc.). As this manual allow fans to compile packages hands, to hold them in that place where they have got used.

So, all configuration stored in a file /usr/local/ispmgr/etc/config

1. List of system users and groups
path group /etc/group
path passwd /etc/passwd

2. Sendmail configs
path aliases /etc/aliases
path virtusertable /etc/mail/virtusertable
path local-host-names /etc/mail/local-host-names

3. apache
ApacheVersion 1 - apache version. default value for Linux is 2, FreeBSD 1
path httpd.conf /etc/apache/httpd.conf - path to httpd.conf
path apachectl /usr/sbin/apachectl start - apachectl path. used for restart apache. Last parameper start can be absent and by default it is equal startssl (it good for most builds of apache)

4. DNS
path named.conf /etc/bind/named.conf - named.conf path
path DomainZonesPath /var/cache/bind - folder for create zone files
path ndc /usr/sbin/rndc - rndc path (BIND 8 it is ndc path), utility for controls the operation of a name server.

5. other path
path DefautHomeDir /home - folder for create users homedir.
path CronTabsDir /var/spool/cron/crontabs/ - path for store users crontabs
path webalizer /usr/bin/webalizer - webalizer path
path frontpageadm /usr/local/frontpage/version5.0/bin/owsadm.exe - frontpage administration utility path
path majordomowrapper /usr/local/majordomo/wrapper - majordomo wrapper path
path phpbinary /usr/bin/php - php binary path. it is will copy to users php-bin if site have "php as cgi"
path sasl /usr/bin/saslpasswd - sasslpasswd path. used for support sasl database

Attention !!!
After change this parameters you must restart ispmanager to take effect.

forgot to tell that you need to set mysql.default_host = localhost localhost one for Local Value and one for Master Value.

Back to the other problem. It should be inetpub not intepub

You are mistaken - UNIX systems unlike Windows

You do not need touch this options. MySQL running on your server and you can connect to this as connect to localhost.

Session path you show for Windows system, when you create www domains via ISPmanager session will store in /home/username/data/tmp directory, because it added to the VirtualHost configuration.
