Default No FTP manager option

Hay Guys and Girls,

I was wondering if the ability to manage FTP accounts in ISPManager 4.3 Professional has been removed. I basically need to have a site that has a folder in it that users can access using FTP without having access to the rest of the sites codebase.

I would normally just set up a new FTP user and then grant them access to that folder and although searching on here and the internet implies that you can manage FTP accounts using ISPManager Pro I cant find that option in my control panel. I am the root user so have access to all functionality.

Am I missing something..

Thanks in advance for any help or advice.

Kind Regards

Martin

You need login to ISPmanager with user's rights for manager FTP users. Also check FTP server in the Services and Features menu.

Hay thanks for the reply.

I am logged in as the root user surely I should have access to all the features.

I basically have it set up like this.

I have a user for example user1
and user1 has a site. but they want other people to access a FTP folder but not the whole site.

I did think that the service wasn't running but I checked in the control panel and it is.

I got to say awesome software I have found it very useful.
