Question Monthly bandwidth limit for Server admin?

I want to use ISP Manager pro on my server for myself only, no-one else, just ME.

I want to have 1 domain name(eg. www.example.com) and i want to set a maximum monthly bandwidth limit of 4TB/month for my website visitors(http/https/image downloads/image uploads, etc), can I do this using "Presets" or is this only for resellers?

And what happens once my server reaches the monthly bandwidth limit? Will my server shut down? What will my website visitors see when the bandwidth limit is reached?

Create an user, set the bandwidth limit for him, create a domain (set the user as the domain owner). When the limit reaches the user will be disabled, and access to his website will be closed. Users will see the standart page : /usr/local/ispmgr/etc/dist/disabled.html

but doesn't disabled.html use bandwidth because it's hosted on the server?

Can the user be the admin?

An user can't be a server administrator.

This page uses bandwidth.
Disabling an user doesn't close a connection to your web-server. If you want to refuse a connection to your web-server you can try to use the ISPmanager API.
