But I see authorization is configured now in your server (250-AUTH DIGEST-MD5 CRAM-MD5 LOGIN PLAIN), maybe not configured at user's email client?

I have no more ideas regarding your server. I'm sorry, but you should probably ask the technical support VPS provider, which provides you with VPS, because without access to the system, it is extremely difficult to determine that either problem.

I can give you access to the system if you think you can help. Even paid support at my vps will not help me. They are at a loss as well. I am willing to try on more time if you want to get direct access, but if not, I am going to switch email clients.
