Can't change password

I'm using ISPmanager Lite 5.13.5, I try to change the password from a user and fail, i got the msg :
Request failed. Try again

Could you show us log of ISPmanager with error please. Or create ticket to support team via BILLmanager (my.ispsystem.com).

I have tried to reproduce the problem on our servers, there was no error.

I find how to change,is field 'Name' is empty i got error Request failed. Try again

Some time works, some time not
where i cand find the log ? in ISP/Statistics/Error logs is empty

ISPmanager log located on /usr/local/mgr5/var/ispmgr.log
