Send low disk space and traffic notifications
One of new feature - "Send low disk space and traffic notifications" - doesn't work as expected. Documentation says: "if the user consumes 90% or more of disk space or traffic available, a corresponding notification will be sent to his email address. The cron job (ispmgr task.daily) will daily sent the notification", but it doesn't send daily.
Lot of my customers had reach their limit or had more than 90% consumed and no notifications were sent. Sometimes they received one notification per week, sometimes none for more then 14 days... It´s very random. Any ideas please? This is a very useful feature, but it's absolutely unusable now because of their unreliability. |

Hello,
It's strange. The emails should be sent by daily cron task. Maybe not all your users set their mails for notifications. If you have support for your ISPmanager you can write us a ticket to the technical support and we'll see that's wrong. |

Everyone concerned users has set up their e-mails. And all entered e-mails are forwarded to our e-mail.
If they havnīt set up their e-mails, following behavior cannot be true: Sometimes they received one notification per week, sometimes none for more then 14 days... Itīs very random. Iīll ask my resseler to write a ticket. |

It´s fixed now via ticket. Thank you for support.
Just an idea - now the one template is sending for all low-disk space notification. It would be nice to splitted and have one template for common (global) low-disk space notification and another template just for mailbox limit. Most provider have to distinguish this because when one mailbox reached their limit it doesn´t threatens whole accoutn with all their files, DB etc. or other user mailboxes. Could it be splitted into two templates? One for common low-disk space and one just for mailbox? Last edited by Jarred; 03-29-2013 at 02:24 AM. |

Hello,
Unfortunately, it is written in the code. But you can add your request at Wishlist. http://en.ispdoc.com/index.php/Wish_list |
