Hello,
I have just purchased a new server to be a VDS manager server. I noticed the software also allows for resellers, upon creating a reseller user everything works fine. I then login to the reseller user panel to create a Virtual machine, after filling in all settings etc. and trying to create the machine it gives this error: Internal error VDS not found All the settings i have filled out are well under the full reseller package settings eg. total disk space, ram cpu power etc. Can anyone help me with this one at all? BTW, creating a virtual machine under the normal admin section seems to work fine. Thanks Jake |

UPDATE:
The server just dropped the whole kernal and i am unable to create VPS servers from within admin or any reseller account. Both return the same error. |

I have fixed my issue and have VDS manager working correctly however, i have created a user with the privileges of a reseller and have created a reseller template with 2000Mhz allocation.
I then logged into the reseller account and tried to create a new VPS from within there with a 1000Mhz CPU allocation and it returns the error CPU limit exceeded. So i reduced it to 500Mhz and it still gives the same error. What can be done to fix this? Thanks Jake |
