yes, this error and access logs are OK, and i've found the right syntax to generate logs, this is what happens: Create/Update database for config "/etc/awstats/awstats.domain.de.conf" by AWStats version 6.7 (build 1.892) From data in log file "/var/www/christoneu/data/logs/domain.de.access.log"... Phase 1 : First bypass old records, searching new record... Direct access to last remembered record has fallen on another record. So searching new records from beginning of log file... Phase 2 : Now process new records (Flush history on disk after 20000 hosts)... Jumped lines in file: 0 Parsed lines in file: 26909 Found 0 dropped records, Found 1 corrupted records, Found 0 old records, Found 26908 new qualified records. sed: kann 2 nicht lesen: Datei oder Verzeichnis nicht gefunden now, november is written, but the logs from the last months are away. why works this not automaticaly, where can i found error logs for this problem? strange
have yet find a other strange problem.
the file manager does not show all files in directorys. if i login with FTP, everything is ok. If i sort files e.g. "name" the file manager forgets the sorting, soon as I go in a different directory. That will happen only under the respective user, If i login as root in the file manager, it works fine. is the reason for this 2nd probleme maybe the same? |

You need create ticket to our support team (in the BILLmanager) if you if you have purchased license from us, or ask reseller if buy from our reseller.
Also logs rotation maybe broken if you have missed hardlinks to files in home directory http://en.ispdoc.com/index.php/Logs_rotation |

/var/www/user/data/logs Although written, but no more rotated. I suspect /usr/local/ispmgr/sbin/rotate It is the responsibility. i start this command manually > nothing happens. how can I check this? in ISPmanager "Protocol rotation" standart, rotation is activaded with rotation and period is daily. thx for answer Last edited by sascha; 11-12-2010 at 02:35 PM. |
