first of all 3 EUR is the price for ISPmanager license. if you want you buy it, if not - nobody obliges you to do it, as well as use our control panel. you can sell VDSes and use any other control panel you like or do not use any panel at all

note that 99 EUR is the price for UNLIMITED number of virtual servers. thus, selling 12 VDSes, you will recover your expenses. selling more will bring you a profit.
please also mind that you can host much much more then 12 servers

so let s calculate
140+99 = 239

selling 12 VDSes at the price of 20 EUR, you will receive the profit of 240 EUR
25 VDSes sold will bring you 500 EUR

next. in the future you can buy an additional RAM and host 50 VDSes. in that case you will monthly get 1000 EUR per server.
