Hi. We have few own web shops on our server. We didn't receive any emails and orders from these web shops few days ago. I tried to send emails to this email domains but we haven't received them. I installed grey list and setted all mail domains to white list but it didn't help. My server's administrator had a same problem with other server and they finally changed to ISPCONFIG 3. I wouldn't like change to other platform.

What is the problem?
