on centos squirellmail Could not move/copy file. File not attached

default value is /var/spool/squirrelmail/
drwx-wx--- 2 root 80 4096 Sep 21 2012 attach

try to solving with
chown -R root:root /var/spool/squirrelmail/attach/

but still got error
