Hello,
what OS do you use? If Debian 8, add the following records into /usr/local/mgr5/etc/ispmgr.conf
path mysql_restart service mysql restart
path mysqld.ini /etc/mysql/my.cnf
path mysqld /usr/sbin/mysqld
and execute killall core
