maybe i´ve found the problem?
fstab says

proc /proc proc defaults 0 0
/dev/md0 / xfs defaults,grpquota,usrquota 0 1
/dev/sda2 none swap sw 0 0
/dev/sdb2 none swap sw 0 0
/dev/scd0 /media/cdrom0 udf,iso9660 user,noauto 0 0
the FS is XFS , is that a problem?
but quota is supportet in XFS
any solutions?
