ok, i tryed to install clamav with exim4 (the ispmanager MTA)
i use this how to:

but i canīt find the file /etc/exim4/sa-exim.conf or an equal file?
everything else works fine, but in the email header from received mails(i look in squirelmail > header) is no scan result
do u have a little tip, which config files from exim must be change
